25 years of experience
Our journey began with the founding of Radlabor in 1997 - the research for the optimal sizing and initially the perfect riding position on the bike. Our roots lie in science and practical cooperation with top athletes, the Freiburg Olympic Training Center and the Sports Institute of the University of Freiburg.
We have made a significant contribution to the further development of measurement methods for professional bike fittings and have perfected them. Our systems and services are the result of decades of development. Smartfit combines scientific expertise with a clear practical approach and its own experience from three service centers in Freiburg, Munich and Frankfurt.
Today, we advise and support everyone with our expertise and our products to enable the best possible sizing and fitting for sports equipment.

1997
The founding of Radlabor is the beginning of a success story that continues to this day.
2011
Smartfit presents the revolution for the stationary bike trade with the Q4 measurement system. From now on, every offline purchased bike will fit.
2017
Smartfit online sizing is released as a product and has been improving the online bike buying experience ever since.
2023
With the Smartfit Q2, we are introducing the first AI-based measurement system to the market.
